Candles Will Be Lit On Sunday For Monday

My Very Special Mum

My Mum is a survivor,
Or so I've heard it said.
But I can hear her crying at night,
When all others are in bed.

I watch her lay awake at night,
And go to hold her hand.
She doesn't know I'm with her,
To help her understand.

But like the sands on the beach,
That never wash away...
I watch over my surviving Mum,
Who thinks of me each day.

She wears a smile for others...
A smile of disguise!
But through Heaven's door I see,
Tears flowing from her eyes.

My Mum tries to cope with death,
To keep my memory alive.
But anyone who knows her knows,
It is her way to survive.

As I watch over my surviving Mum,
Through Heaven's open door...
I try to tell her that angels,
Protect me forevermore.

I know that doesn't help her...
Or ease the burden she bears.
So if you get a chance, go visit her...
And show her that you care.

For no matter what she says...
No matter what she feels,
My surviving Mum has a broken heart,
That time won't ever heal.

Dad’s Cry Too….

I cannot ease your aching heart Dad,
Nor take your pain away;
But let me stay and take your hand
And walk with you today.

I'll listen when you need to talk Dad,
I'll wipe away your tears;
I'll share your worries when they come,
I'll help you face your fears.

I'm here and I will stand by you Dad,
On each hill you have to climb;
So take my hand, let's face the world...
And live just one day at a time.

You're not alone, for I'm still here Dad,
I'll go that extra mile;
And when your grief is easier,
I'll help you learn to smile


An Angel From Heaven

God sent me an angel from heaven above
It's filled with complete unconditional love
It watches and follows wherever I go
If I'm happy or sad this little angel does know

It climbs upon my lap and wipes away all my tears
One look in those eyes wipes away all my fears
For in those soft gentle eyes there’s something I see
Which speaks to me silently 'you always have me'

As those soft gentle kisses bring a smile to my face
And a love in my heart which can't be replaced
It continues to tell me in it's own special way
Of how much it loves me as it begins to say

'At night I will cuddle by your side while you sleep
My life is to love you, this promise I keep
I'll wake you come morning with kisses galore
You'll giggle and laugh and ask me for more'

'When sadness you feel or life lets you down
I'll do whatever it takes to wipe off your frown
I'll show you some tricks, I'll bring you my toy
Or rest my head in your lap, if this brings you joy'

'If sickness should keep you in bed for the day
I'll stay right beside you, we don't have to play
And if going for walks is something you do
I'll be your companion take me with you'

I'll try hard to show you my love is so strong
I'll try only to please you, I'll try not to do wrong
If a mistake I should make, then I ask this of you
Remember that angels can make mistakes too'

'I'll ask not much of you, it's for love that I yearn
Because loves what god taught me to give in return
It's all unconditional and comes straight from the heart
And my promise I give you till death do us part'

Angel Babies - by Unknown Author

Over the rainbow, way up high,
Past fluffy white clouds the Angel babies fly.
With the sun's golden rays shining bright overhead,
Tumble and bumble they bounce out of bed.
Good morning, sun! The day has begun!
With delicate wings and sweet little faces,
They dance and they play and they race flying races.
Then, swooping and looping down through a cloud,
Or sliding and riding and singing out loud,
Wiggle and giggle, some fast and some slow,
The Angel babies fly to the earth down below.
Not everyone knows this, but truly it's true --
Little Angel babies have big jobs to do!
In gardens and meadows, they coax forth the flowers
With sunlight and love and gentle rain showers.
In fields and forests they spread soft white wings,
Sharing kindness and joy with all living things.
Small animal, babies in quiet green places
Rejoice in warm smiles from sweet Angel faces.
In backyards and baskets, on fireside rugs,
Small creatures are cuddles in soft Angel hugs.
Soon evening is bright with red-orange light,
And day slowly fades to make way for the night.
As good little children curl up in their beds,
The Angels bring sweet dreams to young sleepyheads.
Then the sound of a horn only Angels can hear
Calls out to them all -- here and there, far and near.
It beckons them back from wherever they roam,
Work is done for the day! Now it's time to go home.
Blinking and winking, bright stars in the sky
Twinkle and shine as the Angels fly by -- so softly singing a sweet Lullaby.
Yawning and stretching, they climb in their beds.
Cloud blankets warm bodies, cloud pillows rest heads.
Snuggled in tight with the moon shining bright
Sleep tight, sweet dreams, good night.

Now then little Angel.. I had to come and talk to you as Im going away for a little while and wont see you for a week.. How am I going to cope not seeing my precious angels who have been having so much fun with Bailey.. I will keep you in my thoughts all the time, and I will continue to wish your Family well..
Its Easter weekend, are you all excited for your Easter eggs, Ohh I bet you are, hehe just dont eat them all at once because you will be poorly, and we dont want that do we now.. No.. So you be a good little angel and eat them one day at a time..
I know all you angels will be with us on Sunday, lets hope its a nice day hey..
Have lots of fun and look after Bailey for me wont you whilst im away, Hes my star you see and I want to know hes going to be happy playing with all his friends..
